Services

Chiropractic

Although the body can handle the many experiences we put it through, our goal is restore balance to the frame and its physiology. With a properly functioning nervous system the body can adapt to outside stressors, heal, and restore. We assess the spine and extremities for areas of dysfunction and perform manipulative therapy aka “adjustments”. These misalignments can also limit physical performance and daily living.

Rehabilitation

These services focus on the soft tissues of the body that present with inflammation, imbalances and tension. These things within the framework delay tissue repair and balance. Rehab services includes IASTM ( Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, post-isometric relaxation, kinesiotaping, and rehabilitative exercises.

Movement Assesments

Movement assessments are used to locate areas of dysfunction that can interfere with work, fitness, and activities of daily living. Corrections are then made to prevent injury and improve motor control.
